We are searching for a Board-Certified Veterinary Anaesthesiology Specialist to join a leading specialist referral centre in Hong Kong.

You would work alongside an international team of specialists in Dermatology, Dentistry, Diagnostic Imaging, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, and Pain Management, as well as experienced Primary Care and Emergency clinicians.

Role at a glance:

  • Salary circa £200k – £230k annually depending on experience
  • 4-day work per week; 8am-7pm
  • No on call
  • 2 years of relevant experience working in a private clinic is preferred
  • Responsibilities including but not limit to:
  • The treatment and case management of companion animal patients referred to the , Surgery Service.
  • Participate in clinical teaching of stabilisation, diagnostic workup and therapy of patients, time management, veterinary economics, client service, and communication
  • Manage a diverse and challenging client population
  • Develop, review, and ensure protocols for vets and support staff in the department are consistent with current best practices
  • Provide training for juniors and vet students. Adequate paid off-clinic time for preparation of courses and lectures will be provided as needed
