Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert ECC care to a diverse caseload, with robust support from our veterinary and nursing teams.
  • Mentor, coach, and train fellow veterinarians, fostering growth in ECC and other areas of practice.
  • Work closely with our team of ECC, surgical, internal medicine, and feline medicine experts to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training, courses, morbidity & mortality rounds, journal clubs, and leadership programs.

About You

  • Qualifications: BVSc or equivalent, with current registration to practice in Australia. MANZCVS qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Strong, compassionate leader capable of mentoring others.
  • Patient-Focused: Passionate about patient care, eager to collaborate, and committed to ongoing professional development.

What’s on offer.

  • Competitive Remuneration: $150,000 – $180,000 (full-time equivalent) + super + 17.5% leave loading (experience-dependent).
